pgAdmin4 v3.1 missing messages tab in the database activity

Running pgAdmin4 v3.1 under both Kubuntu & Windows 10 Enterprise.

Is there some message tab for database activities (ex:backup, restore, etc.)?  Even when the toasts are working (intermittently at best) these are transitory by nature.
