Query Tool Initialize Error

Version: pgAdmin 4 v3.1
Operating System: Windows 10
Mode: Desktop
Browser: Google Chrome (also tested in Edge)

We've recently upgraded from postgres 9.3 to postgres 10.0 and have migrated development from pgAdmin III to pgAdmin 4.  Whenever I try to open the query tool I get the attached error message.  I'm able to work in pgAdmin III yet but it is not ideal.

Update: Uninstalling and reinstalling pgAdmin 4 has resolved the issue for now.  I'll update if I run into this again.
