Submit button in bug reporting form

Hello all,

I noticed that there is a problem with the submit button in the bug
reporting form of the new web site [1]. Its title "Submit Report and
Send Email" doesn't fit into the button itself. See [2].

It is reproduced in Chromium and Firefox.
