"The application server could not be contacted" error during start as App-V application.

Greetings, Pgadmin-support.

my client wants to use pgAdmin4 as a virtualized App-V application.

Guys, this is bad. Users cannot use official tool for Postgres. I
believe this is inappropriate.

I'm pretty sure this is the old bug of pgAdmin:

You can try installing pgAdmin4 as a web application.

That said, I have no idea if App-V imposes network restrictions or has other weirdness that may affect things here.
