Dear Postgresql teams,

I installed the last version of posgresql 10.1-2 on my windows x64 successfully. When I try to open pgAdmin I got this error message. “the ordinal 354 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll”

How could I solve this problem?
