[pgsql-www] A New Book!

From

Hi,

I'm releasing my book today: Mastering PostgreSQL in Application
Development. All details are available at the following url:
 http://masteringpostgresql.com

I would like to add the book to https://www.postgresql.org/docs/books/
of course, and Magnus tells me this happens by sending an e-mail here.
He mentionned with a patch is better, but after a quick look to the
pgweb repository I don't know where to look.

Help?

The attached patch adds the book to the list, but doesn’t include the proper
image to use (I guess you know better there). Feel free to tailor that into a
final submission.

cheers ./daniel

Thanks! Here's my patch then, which is yours plus the image, and the
image in the proper format (I think) as an attachment too.
