New release of pginstaller

A new release of pginstaller based on a post-beta2 version of postgresql
is now available from http://pgfoundry.org/projects/pginstaller/. Apart
from the obvious fixes included in the backend, there are also a lot of
fixes to the installer itself.

Yup, we've noticed this problem with the installer, and have pulled it
for now. Expect a new release which fixes this oversight shortly.
