[NOVICE] Version of libxml2 and libxslt libraries bundled with PostgreSQL-9.6.2

Hello,

Along with our product, we install Postgresql-9.2.19. libxml2 and libxslt are bundled with it.There were a few security vulnerabilities reported with libxml2 with version<2.9.3 and libxslt with version<1.1.29. We are planning to update Postgresql version to 9.6.2 in latest release.Is there any way to get the version of those files in Postgresql-9.6.2? Should i be contacting Postgresql support?
