[JDBC] Number of items at jdbc.postgresql.org page

Hi,

As we add more releases to https://jdbc.postgresql.org/ page it gets a bit long.
I wonder if we should add a limit there and make it overflow to some newsarchive page like https://www.postgresql.org/about/newsarchive/

If so the tricky question is "what should the URL of the archive be"

The usual one is "previous releases"

We should probably consider archiving a considerable amount of the site

Well, since these are not "news", I vote for just show the last 2 or 3 releases in front page, there is no need for an "archive" since this is already in the changelog.html (History of Changes) page.
