[NOVICE] pgAdmin4 1.1 Import Dialog does nothing

I’m trying to use the Import Dialog to impost a CSV file.  After completing Options and Columns – see screen shots below – and hitting okay.  Nothing happens.  No errors, no script and the CSV is not imported.
