Thread: [pgadmin-hackers] [pgAdmin4][patch]: RM 2009 - Create Index Issue

Please find attached patch file with the fix of RM#2009.

User will not be able to create index due to invalid errormodel handling if columns are added and user change "Access Method".

Handle errorModel properly so that it will allow user to create index.

Do review it and let us know for comments.
