[pgadmin-support] pgadmin4 edit function properties resets arguments

Hi!

using pgAdmin4 1.1 I can't edit my functions:
1. create function with arguments
2. refresh scheme
3. edit function properties - there is no arguments in tab
4. edit function code - there is no arguments in SQL tab: "CREATE OR 
REPLACE FUNCTION foo()  ....."

The similar issue is already reported #1979 . The issue has been fixed and it will be available in the next release.
