Thread: small typo

Hi,

While searching in [1] I found an outdated link -- what's new -- (it
should link to the current release). Attached is a fix to point to 9.3
but I'm afraid it is not the definitive fix. Instead, it should build
that link dynamically using tree and relnotes properties.

Thanks for the fix - I have applied it to pgweb and it should be on the site shortly.
