I just ubsubscribed sj_savio@yahoo.com, which posted a spam to 
pgsql-general that made it through my filters and, as 
Tom pointed out, had a non-blank subject line. Interestingly, 
the spam score was MINUS 3.6, so we have some tweaking 
to do :) Highlights:

You're looking at the wrong header. Our spam score gave it 2.1. Which
is still not very much, but a lot better than minus 3.6..

Oops, you are right. I think I have a -5 whitelist for the PG lists, 
which means it is 2.6, not that far from 2.1. Hardly one of the 
more disguised spams I've ever seen, so I think everyone should 
be doing better.
