Mail list archive links redirecting to non-optimal places

If you go to http://archives.postgresql.org/ and click on the "User
lists" or "Developer lists" links on the left side, you get taken to the
archives for pgsql-admin or pgsql-cluster-hackers respectively, ie, the
alphabetically-first lists in each group. At one time we'd fixed that
so that you got taken to the most important lists, ie, -general and
-hackers. It seems to be broken again though :-(

Hmm, yeah, this has been in the current state for quite a while.
Changing it requires touching the database so it'll probably take some
time to fix.
