I can confirm Freshmeat is still out of date:
http://freshmeat.net/projects/pgsql

It links to 9.0.0, and the download link doesn't work:
http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/source/v9.0.0/

If we aren't going to update this, let's remove it.

The URL should always go to /latest shouldn't it? Instead of the actual
version.

And nothing has been fixed! Marc (scappy) is listed as owner of this
page. Marc, I think you need to give someone else access to this and we
need to get this on the release checklist to be updated.

Its funny you asking for someone else to have access, when *you* are one of three others that *do* have access to it,
andhave for months, if not years ... Josh Berkus is another, as is a 'jfuerth' ...

I'll fix things up right now, but I am definitely not hte only one with access to be able to do so ...

jfuerth, huh? It seems this discussion happens every once in a while.

As before, I think we should just remove the entries from freshmeat and
sourceforge.

Oops, I see now. What I did was to link the tgz to
http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/latest so it tracks our most recent
release. Seems my changes have to be approved by the Freshmeat admins
but hopefully this is something we don't need to update for every
release. Marc, thanks for reminding me I am already setup. :-O
