I noticed that there are only postgresql.org mailing lists.

I guess it's because the page got rebuilt to use a database, and the
database currently only supports the lists that are archived at
archives.postgresql.org.  So I need to bug someone to modify the
database for me ...

Do we know anyone who is familiar with how to use a database?

Funny, almost. It is more an access issue than anything. I believe it
will have to be Dave, Magnus or Stefan.
