I think the canonical name for this is buildfarm.postgresql.org.

I agree that we should use that one - but iirc a lot of the buildfarm 
code(and the examples) are using the pgbuildfarm.org domain so we are 
depending on that one.

Hmm.  I get a status page there, but with no updates less than 8 hours
old, so I suspect the buildfarm members are unable to resolve the server
to send reports.
