Dell Power Edge 1650 : for postgresql.org ?

Hi there,

Some weeks ago, postgresql.fr non profit won an "old" server.

Its a Power Edge 1650 with the following stuff in it:* 1 unit box* dual cpu 1.22 GHz Pentium 3* 2 GB RAM* 2 power
supply(redundancy checked, all ok)* hard drive one : 18 Gb 15000 scsi 160* hard drive two : 9 Gb 10000 scsi 160* 1
freeslot (so total 3 slots, its 1 unit, remember)* not even one cable* all propertues of Dell Power Edge 1650 (2 eth0
gigabyte,etc)

Note: we have another PE 1650, but totaly empty, except motherboard,
just in case of need

After a mail per 30 april, and 15 may, I think this server no longer
interests PostgreSQL Fr.

If it is of interest for PostgreSQL Europe or PostgreSQL.org, please let
me know, I'll do whats needed to have it racked along with the others in
Marseilles (alderaan and barzaan, afair).

It NOT, then I'll find another open source project round here to give
them this server.

Cheers!

We have a a couple of much newer machines currently being vastly under
utilised, so I think it can go to another project who may have better
use for it (unless anyone disagrees?).

Thanks anyway!

Hum, I was waiting for that answer. Yes its somewhat old, I really think
some other OSS project will need it.
