Thread: Re: [ANNOUNCE] Subject: Let's Postgres, new PostgreSQL resource portal site opened.

Hi all,

JPUG continues to enrich the contents of the portal site. Now JPUG
would like to have a link from www.postgresql.org to the portal
site. Though all the articles are written in Japanese as of today, not
only those who are living in Japan but someone else living outside
Japan access the site. So we think that creating a link on the
PostgreSQL main web site would be a benefit for the community.

One idea would be creating a link here:

http://www.postgresql.org/docs/

Hi,

We already have a link from that page to the Japanese docs, which is
essentially what that page is about. We use the Wiki site to link to
supplemental/user documentation - it replaces the old 'techdocs' site
which had the same purpose as the JPUG portal. There are already some
Japanese documents on there: http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Japanese
(including a link to the portal).

Regards, Dave

That seems to be a set of links. JPUG portal is completely
different. It has actual contents.

BTW, who is the author of http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Japanese ?
