Links to cvsweb from archive are broken

The links in the commit archives don't seem to be working.

For example, this page:

http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-committers/2004-08/msg00452.php

references this now-dead link:

http://developer.postgresql.org/cvsweb.cgi/pgsql-server/src/bin/psql/tab-complete.c.diff?r1=1.114&r2=1.115

Can this get fixed up, please? Thanks.
