Thread: Developer FAQ link

Hey guys,

I just noticed that the link labelled "FAQ" at
http://www.postgresql.org/developer/ points to
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/faqs.FAQ_DEV.html, which actually
redirects to the "Developer information" page on the wiki, rather than
directly to the wikified Developer FAQ.

Meanwhile, the "Developer FAQ" link on the left-hand sidebar on that
same page *does* go directly to the Developer FAQ on the wiki.
