Hi,

This is the list of lists that exist in Majordomo but have no
corresponding entry in the wwwmaster database:

WARNING: description not found for list austinpug
WARNING: description not found for list bostonpug
WARNING: description not found for list norpug
WARNING: description not found for list pgsql-hackers-pitr
WARNING: description not found for list phillypug
WARNING: description not found for list torontopug
WARNING: description not found for list ukpug
WARNING: description not found for list vepug

Can all of those be created?

Among the PUGs, vepug and norpug are the only ones that don't have
current owners.

In cases like those, is there any actual reason why we don't just drop
the list from Majordomo? Existing archives appears more or less empty...
