Thread: README.dist-split

README.dist-split

Now that split packages are gone in beta3, README.dist-split should be
removed. If we're stilling planning on putting out back branches in split
format, the readme should be updated as it's woefully out of date claiming
that assorted interfaces that got removed from the core project a while
ago are packaged in -opt.
