pgfoundry.org appears to be completely down/unreachable, from
anywhere, according to people on irc. pgbuildfarm.org as well.

pgbuildfarm.org did .. see my other email on the topic.

pgfoundry.org appears to be down again. I was using it earlier today,
but all I see now is "It Works!".

Fixed. Looks like some of Greg's redirecting additions resulted in an
invalid config file. After commenting out the erserver and pgavd entries
in /usr/local/etc/apache2/virtual_hosts/www.pgfoundry.org.conf around
line 100, apache started up correctly.
