Extended link on pg-bugs mailing list page

Hello!

I wanted to let you know it looks like there's a </a> tag
masquerading as a </p> tag on the pgsql-bugs mailing list page:

http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-bugs/

Relevant HTML:

If PostgreSQL failed to compile on your computer, please report it to
<a href="/pgsql-ports">pgsql-ports</p> rather than this list.

This causes the rest of text up to the "click here" link to be active
as a link to the pgsql-ports mailing list page.

Thanks Michael - fixed on the primary server, should hit the public one
soon.
