I just forced a sync with ftp.postgresql.org, to get it up there as quickly as
possible ...

It is *not* official released yet, this is just so that the various packagers
can get a headstart and be ready for the release that will be *officially*
announced on Tuesday of this coming week.

If there are any problems with the bundle, please let us know ASAP ...

I built 8.2.0 on many Red Hat / Fedora Core flavors -- No problem.
