most odd, stale lock file *again* ... am running it manually to see if there is somewhere that it is crashing ... Not sure why, but I noticed some stale processes, which was what was holding the lock file ... kill them off, re-ran the process manually, and everything came up cleanly, no errors ... should all be up to date now ...
