Here is a procmail.rc I am using to block non-pg server commit messages:

    :0
    * ^From:.*@pgfoundry\.org
    * ^Subject: \[COMMITTERS\]
    | cat > /dev/null

I've just fixed the mailings for the X-PgFoundry header, just waiting to
see a commit go through to make sure that it is working as expected ...
