Fixed, but stable_snapshot == 8_0_STABLE ... the snapshot of HEAD is under
~ftp/pub/dev ...

Not sure if we have this stuff linked to from anywhere though ... CC'ng
pgsql-www, in case there is a mis-link somewhere?

Ah.  Where's the 8.1 snapshot?  Oh, /dev!

ftp.postgresql.org isn't linked from anywhere.   I use it to download stuff to
the OSDL servers.
