I've just noticed that a wiki page Rod Taylor (I believe) wrote on TechDocs,
called "Before You Post To the Performance List" appears to have vanished.
Not sure when this happened; I've not looked for it for 6 months.
Justin, can you dig into Zope and see if it's there but not linked? I don't
want to re-write if I don't have to.
