Hello,

When you first bring up archives, it has a huge blank space in the
middle. It is not readily apparent
what should happen at this point. Should we not put a very simple:

Welcome to the PostgreSQL mailing list archives.
Please select a archive you wish to view from the list
to the left.
</hr>
