Today is the day projects are to begin. By now each project should have been discussed between student and mentor, and planned so that projects can be started.
Problems can crop up at any time, either to do with issues not discovered during the planning stage, or personal issues that can take you away from your project for a while. So in order to improve the chances your project's success, it's best to get started as soon as possible.
Any issues with mentors getting in contact with their student, or vice versa, please let us know. All mentors should contact their students to confirm work is beginning.
