CREATE GROUP?

  Hello, Bruce.

 I've done all RTFM'ing possible, but

autodom=> create user test in group test;
CREATE USER
autodom=> grant ALL on brands_dict to group test;
ERROR:  non-existent group "test"

   I mean it's stuid, but no information anywhere on creation of
group.
   Thank you in advance.
