I don't know what kind of experience you meant, medical or database?
Why don't you try searching using key "HL7"? It stands for Health Level 7.
Though HL7 was defined to be a standard protocal for medical transaction but
it contains all information about patient, treatment, laboratoty,.. etc.
Hope you'll get some idea from it.
