7.3.2 release

Hi,

I would like to set up a Postgres DB on a Windows 2000 box.  Ideally I would like to use 7.3.2 but the only Windows binary available is 7.3.1.

Since I don’t have a compiler to build it on a windows platform I would like to find a pre-built 7.3.2 version.

If my specs called for a unix platform I would be building the source from scratch.

Thanks,

Use pg 7.2.3 from cygwin install, and install cygwin.
