Thread: postgresql running clean on FreeBSD-3.0

my OS is FreeBSD 3.0 (it's an SMP kernel, too)

posgresql is version 6.5.2

The package i installed from is the FreeBSD Port, and does include patches.
/usr/ports/databases/postgresql

The install is very clean and simple.
