New repmgr packages

Hi all,

There are new repmgr releases available at http://www.repmgr.org/, and
there have been people asking for rpms for the new v3 release.

One thing to note is that the 3.0 version is compatible only with
postgres 9.3+, reason why we are keeping the v2.0 for backwards
compatibility with older versions of postgres.

I'm not sure which would be the best way to manage the packaging of both
versions. Maybe have v2.0 for postgres <=9.2 and v3.0 for newer versions
of postgres.

Regards,

That is a good idea.

Yesterday, I pushed 3.0.1 to 9.4 repos. Can you please check and see
whether the packaging is good or not? If all seems good, I can also push
them to 9.3 repos.
