Working on a new build now. Ok, fixed: ogrinfo --formats|grep PostgreSQL -> "PostgreSQL" (read/write) Packages (1.9.2-6) are at 9.3 repo now. It has input plugins for gdal/org formats (https://github.com/mapnik/mapnik/tree/bfc6c61d62be5b4aa69a09e98a38a2466ebcae30/plugins/input)
