Hi,

There seems to be no postgresql-9.3-pgq3 from the pdpg apt repo, probably because skytools 3.1.3 didn't build on 9.3. There seems to be a change[1] addressing this, but it's not in the latest release (3.1.5 either). How do we get this built?
