You are probably not going to get any help here for postgres ODBC.  This is
for using PHP (web pages) with Postgtres.

Go to the pgsql interfaces list.

Let's kill this thread on the PHP list. Probably best to ask on the
interfaces mailing list. You're drifting further and further away from
PHP.
