Thread: more doc cleanup
This patch fixes a few missed GUC variables that were still upper case, makes a few more small improvements to runtime.sgml, and makes some SGML conventions more consistent. -Neil

Right (... although I always build a copy of the docs locally while I'm making changes, to double-check that they still build). BTW, do you mean that I should use developer.postgresql.org in preference to the autobuilt docs @ http://candle.pha.pa.us/main/writings/pgsql/sgml/ ? -Neil
