32bit version of the ODBC Data Source Administrator always states ANSI in the window's title bar

Hello, when using the 32bit version of the ODBC Data Source Administrator ( %WINDIR%\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe ) to add or configurea DSN it says ANSI in the window's title bar - even if the Unicode version of psqlODBC is used. For example: "PostgreSQL ANSI ODBC Driver (psqlODBC) Setup" instead of "PostgreSQL Unicode ODBC Driver (psqlODBC) Setup" The 64bit version works as expected. Tested on Windows 7 Enterprise with psqlODBC 09.03.0400. Best regards, Peter P.S. The "Mangage DSN" dialogue says "Driver up/downgrade" in the window's title bar. Wouldn't be "Driver selection" morefitting?
