non-unicode compiling bug

Hi!

I can't build non-unicode version of driver psqlodbc (08.02.0400) for linux.

./configure --with-unixodbc=/usr/local/bin/odbc_config --disable-unicode
<cut>
configure: error: conditional "enable_unicode" was never defined.
Usually this means the macro was only invoked conditionally.

With best rgards...

Oops, Sorry...
I did not notice the trouble. AM_CONDITIONAL doesn't accept disable.
Please change as follows.

P.S)
CVS-HEAD correctly understands it. from peter-san.....
