I am new with ODBC and PostgreSQL. I have found that ODBC support for
PostgreSQL has been moved out, as a diferent package, from the latest
versions.
Where can I find documentation on how to implement applicactions with
PostgreSQL using ODBC with the latest versions of PostgreSQL?
