IM003 when using ODBC

Hello,

What will cause the following error to occur:
        "IM003"
        "Specified driver could not be loaded due to system
         error  998 (PostgreSQL)."

Thanks
Brian

I found something from the Internet (searched with "IM003"):
this might come with .NET or with Macromedia ColdFusion:

odbc.ini:
[somedb]
Driver=\file\is\missing.dll

[somedb]
Driver=/file/is/missing_driver.so

So the idea is, that if the PostgreSQL driver definition is invalid,
the IM003 error will occur.

The Driver= row may not exist, or the file has been removed,
or the file has such rights, that it is unreadable by the ODBC application.
If the Driver path has changed, the WWW server application
might still use the original one, and there comes also an error.

A good fix candidate:
1. Remove all PostgreSQL ODBC data sources.
2. Remove the broken PostgreSQL ODBC driver.
3. Install the PostgreSQL ODBC driver.
4. Create the PostgreSQL ODBC data sources.
