Setup:
OS: Window XP Professional
ODBC Driver Version: Latest
The system has two user accounts.
1) One is the administrator account.
(I installed the ODBC driver under this account,
placed the driver under the "System" Tab.)
2) The other is just a "regular user" account.
Problem:
Everything works fine under the Administrator account.
However, under the "regular user" account I get the
following error:
"IM003"
"Specified driver could not be loaded due to system
error 998 (PostgreSQL)."
