Note on libtool

From

When you bootstrap a psqlodbc source tree for Unix (as described in
README.unix), make sure the PostgreSQL source tree is CVS tip more
recent than right now. Otherwise you may experience clashes between
Autoconf macros provided by PostgreSQL and those provided by libtool,
possibly leading to no shared libraries being built.

Thanks Peter - speaking of which, how many PostgreSQL macros are we
actually using in psqlODBC? Would it be a mammoth task to duplicate or
eliminate them to avoid the need to build in a source tree, or is it
simply not worth it?
