I have a question about creating psql scripts. Is a posible to use upper in names of functions

Postgresql ignores this altogether under the claim that "uppercase is ugly". PostgreSQL folds unquoted identifiers to lowercase. If you are not converting from a different database, this should not matter to you. In order to call upper case functions, or upper case tables for that matter, you have to quote them.
