Timeout with Access 2000 linked tables?

Hello,

I'm using the latest driver, Release 07.03.0200.

When I open a linked table in Access 2000, and I let the window open for some time, I get an error when I try to close
it.The error message says something like (translated from french, sorry) "This action will reinitialize the code
currentlyexecuting. Do you want to stop the execution?". If I say yes, the error pops up again and again. The only
solutionfor me is to kill Access.

Did anyone already experience that before? Is that some sort of timeout that can be configured?

Thanks

Hello Philippe,

go to Extras->Options->Others-> there are Settings for ODBC refresh and data
refresh ? (translated from German) short the times!

My Settings are

    OLE/DDE 30 s
    Intervall für Anzeigeaktualisierung 60 s
    Anzahl der Datenaktualisierungsversuche 2
    Intervall für ODBC-Anzeigeaktualisierung 30 s <---- I think this was very
higher!
    Intervall für Datenaktualisierung 30 ms

Here there Errors have gone!!

By the way if you must use the Access Runtime then
you must change the Setting in the Registy!!

Greetings

Michael
